Dr. Young Kyun Oh is the Associate Professor of Chinese at Arizona State University’s School of International Letters and Cultures. His interests include the cultural connections among East Asian societies. He is the author of numerous articles and the monograph, Engraving Virtue: The Printing History of a Premodern Korean Moral Primer (Leiden: Brill, 2013) which traces the ways woodblock printed books contributed to shaping premodern Korea.
